Studio Policy
Please carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions before enrolling in piano lessons with Jackie. Lessons are typically held once per week at her studio.

By attending these lessons, the student/s and parent/s are showing that they comply with the studio policies.
Cancellations and Makeup Lessons
In order to cancel lessons, a 24- hour notice must be provided – this can be made via email, call or text. If a 24-hour notice has not been provided, the lesson will be forfeited.
If you anticipate the need to change or cancel your lessons more than once per term, you can consider swapping over to casual lessons which are charged at casual rates.
For ongoing students: only one makeup lesson will be offered per term and must be used either during the term or term break. Any unused makeups will not carry over to the next term.
Makeup lessons will not be rescheduled if cancelled.
No make-up lessons are given if missed (no show, no notice).

Invoicing and Payment
Invoices must be paid in advance via cash or bank transfer and must be paid by the due date indicated.
If this has not occurred, lessons will not be provided until payment has been made.
Payment is non-refundable once the invoice has been paid.
Students who have planned absences will not be charged if I am notified of the dates before the invoice due date.
Attendance
Lesson times are not extended for those who run late, and students will forfeit the time they miss.
In the unlikely case that I am absent, a notice will be provided as early as possible and a makeup lesson will be arranged at a time that is mutually convenient.
Students have the option to continue lessons on the holidays – payment must be prearranged with me.
Lessons will not occur on a public holiday and therefore will not be invoiced.
